I bought a Sealy iComfort mattress 2 years ago and I have bought two previous beds from bedding barn. I never had a problem with either of my first two beds but after one year I knew the iComfort foam mattress was not for me. I have huge indentations and I'm only one person in a king that weighs 120 lbs. I didn't like it at all. I went back to the store yesterday and Mark was extremely nice and patient while I choose another bed with absolutely no problems about exchanging it with a $150 fee.
