Just wanted to say thank you to Jack (owner) of Bedder Sleep, I had purchased a Colonial futon frame and mattress about 3 years ago, and several nights ago it made a loud noise while I was in bed, a couple of the bolt/screws and worn thin which caused the problem, I called the store and spoke with Jack, and he said he would come out to look at it, within one hour he and a co-worker arrived at my home, he thought he might have the parts at the store, he later called to inform me that he did have the parts available. Within an hour he and a co-worker arrived at my home and replaced the bolts which took less than 10 minutes. It saved me alot of hassles, and just wanted to say thanks again, as you and your business went the extra step and did a GREAT JOB. I highly recommend the products, and services of this fine furniture store in Cheyenne, Wy. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!!
