Nick Taylor the store manager at the bed store located 7212 Kingston pike Knoxville tn gave my fiancé and I the best customer service experience I've ever experienced i would recommend anyone looking on purchase a mattress to stop by this store you will be very satisfied with the outcome trust me. This sales Manager went out his way to service us and actually stayed a hour over past closing to make sure we where properly taken care of and satisfied with the results before leaving the store due to my fiancé and I being undecided and difficult through out the process this man was very very patient and so kind with us i give Mr. Nick Tayor and that store a 5***** star rating they have the best price's and give you the their full attention very patient and the best customer service and great deals and you cant2 beat that! So go by & pay this store and Mr.Nick a visit i promise you'll be happy folks. ....
