Rude to my wife and mother-in-law

I just spent $5000 at Barbo's furniture. The floor-model sofa was a bit too big for our space. My wife and mother-in-law drove back to see if we could upgrade to a nicer sofa. They were rude and wanted to charge $400+ to restock. That is less than we were going to spend to upgrade. It makes no sense that they wanted less money than I was willing to spend. That is short-sighted and I'll be sure to never go back (we spent $1000 a few months earlier), and I'll be sure to let others know not to go there either. It's too bad because I would have kept returning if they had been respectful to my family and reasonable about their sales policies.
