We had a terrible experience with Badcock in Rocky Mount. They were set to deliver to us from 10-3pm and I stayed home all day they had both my husband and I contact number. My husband received a voice mail while he was at work saying we attempted to deliver. No one called my phone nor did they knock on the door or ring the doorbell. They left a note on my welcome sign beside my door. They say they would come back to deliver and never returned. They came the next day and tell us all of your furniture is not in the warehouse. We purchased two living room sets and a bunk bed. They were missing one living room sets and one of the mattresses to the bed. We called our salesperson and she talked with the delivery drover and told him all of our furniture has arrived in the warehouse. We called to speak to the manager Daniel and was told he was on vacation for a week. We also called corporate. The customer service was terrible these people came to my home 6 times. I will never purchase from this company again.
