My husband went into the store so I’m simply reviewing the products. All purchases were made within this year. They are all very poor quality. We got a dining room set and the chairs have been breaking. I’ve had to buy wood glue to fix it. We also got a bedroom set. The bed and mattress are very strange. The queen mattress is about an inch shorter than a regular queen mattress in terms of both length and width. The bed is a storage bed, and the sliding door in the headboard frequently moves, gets off track, and is loud when sleeping. Both the bed and dresser have what look like red scratch marks. I informed Badcock and I was told by the woman on the phone that they’re all like that. I thought it was quite strange. I’ve already reviewed my mattress from here but just to reiterate, it is rather stiff, does not conform to my body, is very hot, and has exacerbated my back problems.
