Horrible experience at Port St joe location

Worst ales experience of my life. When guaranteed a delivery date, the company never showed, after I took off work. I called the following day and they informed me it was on backorder. A call would have been great brow using MY vacation time. They rescheduled for the following week, pm appt, 30 minute call in advance. No call, I come home to a “we missed you” door hanger with a handwritten tome of 11:08 AM, look ok my camera and they never even knocked or rang door bell. Just drove up, saw no car, walked to the porch an left a hanger. When I call to complain I get a Bunch of excuses and a reschedule for the following morning (my Family’s flipping Saturday) At 9am. They show up at 11:30 while my 16 year old son took the morning off work to wait on these people. They had 3 items out of 8, dumped them in his bedroom without assembling, told him I was told that there would only be 3 items, and left him there to assemble everything. After I paid extra to have their butt’s deliver and assemble 8 items. This place has been a nightmare
