The worst experience I’ve ever had with a retailer. It started with missed delivery and no communication from the day of the scheduled delivery. Once we got past that the items arrived with damage. I was promised that they would replace the damaged item in 2 weeks, only for them to return with the wrong item. I them waited another couple of weeks for the correct replacement item to arrive. Then Came the problems with the item breaking and getting a service repair done. Only to have 2 different repairmen to come out and say that the previous one didn’t order the right parts. Except this time they took the main brace from the item and let parts laying over the bedroom where they still sit 2 months later. Of course there were promises to make it right, but we’re still waiting.
