If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give them. Since day one the couch has been messed up. We had their service guy come out (we had to wait 36 days for the actual service appointment since they wouldn’t fix it when it was delivered messed up), one side of the couch sags and their fix was putting more stuffing in the cushion, the recliners opened too fast and closed too hard and their fix was removing one of the springs on each side, and the recliners wouldn’t latch since the foot rest was rubbing on the housing and their fix was rubbing baby powder on the leather. So we deal with all this for a period of time until we can’t deal any longer and now they don’t want to do anything for us since the couch is “out of warranty” Please save yourself and run from this company as fast and far as you can. Any furniture store is better than this one.
