Went to the Backcock and more on Richland ave Aiken, and I walked around about 5 - 7 minutes and the sales people behind the desk ignoring me, the sales desk is right in front of the door I know they seen me, so I approach the desk, and the young lady responded, she apologize twice for not greeting me and ignoring I told her I had an account already at the sister store she acted surprise they really need some customer service training at that store, I intended to add to my account but after that experience I changed my mind, another person experienced the same, bad customer service
