365 day return policy - NOT. Do not buy if you are relying on the liberal return policy. The purchase process was smooth and friendly. The mattress was too soft for us. Little edge support. I requested return authorization within the first 30 days but there is no “RETURN PROCESS”. It’s up to you to donate the mattress and provide documentation! They don't help or coordinate as their website says. This has been a real burden and now they are refusing my refund because I didn't provide photos of the disposal which they never asked me for. Customer service is horrible. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
