Bed still too short, customer service is the worst

We ordered a mattress and it was delivered (in a torn up box) a whole week after the promised delivery date. We unboxed it and waited over a week to let it “breathe” and expand and it’s still too short. They turned off their call center and haven’t answered any emails. We’re extremely dissatisfied and have no idea when this will be resolved. We went with awara because of their sourcing and materials but are hugely disappointed by this whole experience.
