Liked the mattress fine. A bit wobbly, but no big deal. Got it for my daughter's bed, got the extended warranty that's supposed to cover all accidents. New little kitten peed on it. Turns out that the extended warranty doesn't cover "accidents" like that, only every other kind of accident. Washed the cover and got the smell out myself, but now the cover won't fit back on the mattress. I tried to offer to buy a new mattress cover but no go -- they consider the cover to be part of the mattress so would have to buy a whole new mattress!
Not to mention they kept kicking me back and forth. Customer service told me to talk to the warranty people (separate company but sold through their website) and that the warranty people would offer options even if it wasn't covered (they didn't). The warranty company has you fill out a form through an AI chatbot and if you fill it out wrong -- it's a whole other headache to try to get it resubmitted or re-evaluated.
tl;dr -- if you think you'll never have any kind of accident or problem with the mattress, it's ok to get. Because if something ever goes wrong, you're SOL in terms of their customer service.
