Avoid Bobs furniture

I purchased a Tremont bedroom set from Bobs which included a bed , Mattress & Foundation , Two night stands and dresser after making the purchase I was told the soonest delivery date was three weeks from the date of purchase , Two days before delivery I was called and told the night stands won't be coming for an additional 6 weeks .

The only good thing about Bobs is their delivery and tracking which update you so you can see where they are in real time .

The items were dropped off at the house and when I unboxed the dresser I noticed that the top of the unit was damaged , I called the number provided by the delivery guys and was told that they will send a replacement but that won't be available until December 12th so now I am stuck with this damaged dresser in my living room over the holidays until Dec 12th , I can't even bring it back and drop it off at a local store because its not their policy to accept returns . I said I would just cancel my order of the two night stands and return the damaged dresser and get my money back but they don't offer returns on product that has been delivered only replacements , So again I am stuck with this 200lb box in the middle of my living room for 6 weeks .

Their customer service is horrible , You can't get through to a live agent on the phone , Their Facebook messaging takes days for answers and their online chat you wait over an hour for an agent to join the chat and then they disconnect from chat without helping you .

I know I will never spend another $ at Bobs , Maybe this review will help others in the future .
