I strongly don’t recommend going to this store for many reasons. They missed up my order. All that was missing was one box Spring twin size. and no one at the store was able to solve the problem, including three different managers at different shifts.
Each manager promise that they will solve the problem and call back but never do. It was obvious that they were trying to push the issue until their shift ends or have the next manager handle it.
The sales person was nice but was no where to be found when I tried to get a hold of her by phone.
Also, the sales and warehouse don’t seem to have good communication as they delivered wrong item and had to take it back. It’s has been more than a week since they missed up the order and they still don’t have a delivery date for the box spring.
On the other hand, the customer service department never answer calls, they put you on hold so you get tired and hang up
