The store refused to honor a price that was clearly listed on a bed frame that we were interested in. We ordered a Serta Motion Perfect IV adjustable base, we were sent a Serta Essentials IV adjustable base. These two bases have a price difference of over 500 dollars. After calling and complaining about the wrong item they said they would order the correct base. Today the same wrong base was delivered again. They sent a lower quality item, and now can't get into the system to fix it.
