First and last time buying in Ashley. We bought a firm mattress a week ago. I have back problems so we were happy getting this mattress. We checked others stores, but we stopped in Ashley, and unfortunately decided to get the mattress there. (big mistake) after 3 nights sleeping in my new mattress my back pain started, so we decided to call customer service to exchange it and we got the worse costumer service ever. In the store they didn't explain my their return  police because if I would know this, I never have bought the mattress there. All in all, no manager available to talk with, no possible exchange until 30days, and if we chose another mattress we lose 40% of the money we paid initially. Very upset. Don't recommend this f.... store to anyone.
