Ashley Furniture has horrendous customer service if you can even call it that. I bought a sofa and love-seat from them less than a year ago and it came with a tear in it. They still have not fixed the tear. My salesperson's name was Teresa Gall and she lied to me about the quality of the material that was used in the furniture. It is already falling apart and it has been less than a year. When I called to complain about the tear they tried to sell me a new sofa and love-seat.I would never buy from them again and would advise anyone to stay far away from them unless you like being lied to. There are hundreds if not thousands of negative reviews about this company all over the internet and almost every single one of them mirrors my own experience. I wish I had thought to check before I purchased but I didn't think it would be this complicated to buy furniture. I hope somebody finds this post and finds a more reputable dealer to work with. Be sure to read lots of reviews. Their customer service reps are pretty condescending too and love to insult you.
