I was sold a mattress by their "mattress expert" that was clearly recommended for a back sleeper although I told him I was a side sleeper. When I returned to discuss that it was not comfortable. He suggested, "cocoon yourself in, so you won't turn on your side." The delivery was terrible. They set up the wrong base and then were upset when I told them it wasn't what i had paid for. Second trip to return and exchange for a different mattress which I am stuck with if I don't like it. Second delivery king sized mattress set for threshold drop. My first delivery was set up as full delivery. It appears if you exchange they set your mattress on your door for you to unpack and move yourself. But, they also want you to sign and agree that its what you ordered and its in perfect condition for delivery. Would not recommend this store or their delivery services!!
