    I ordered a sofa, bed, 2 side stands and an ottoman and they threw a "rug" in for free. Paid cash for the furniture when I ordered it the 2nd week of November of 2021. I didn't receive my 1st piece of furniture until 2 months later which was 2 pieces of the sofa, TV stand and the side tables, 1st delivery in which I had to beg for and the TV stand and 2 night tables were inputted by the salesperson wrong because it's not what we picked out. Pretty much had to argue my way threw this with the store and they finally agreed to exchange the TV stand and the side tables. 3 months in they delivered my bed, ottoman and attempted the wedge (it was broken and the delivery guy still asked me if I wanted to keep the broken wedge) 2nd delivery in which I begged for again. Here we are in February 2022 at the beginning of the month they came with the new wedge that was not broken, 3rd delivery. Next up received a test message on 2/11/2022 and confirmed delivery for 2/18/2022 and also confirmed the delivery time the day prior the day of the 4th delivery attempt was cancelled the day of the pre-scheduled delivery. She supposedly rescheduled me for 02/25/2022, which makes the 5th attempt of delivery NO ONE SHOWED UP ARE CALLED, customer service said they never had a record of delivery scheduled for me on 2/25/2022. This morning I get on the phone with customer services and now the TV stands and 2 side tables look like they might possibly be ready by 03/08/2022 but not sure. No one can even begin to give me an answer on the rug because it's shipped by a 3rd party I will most likely never even see the rug at this point it's going to take longer to get a rug than the lease of the house that I am staying at. Ashley Furniture will be quick to take your money and make false promises and nothing but false statements. Good luck to anyone ordering from Ashely getting your furniture. THIS IS SIMPLY AWFUL and bad for business. They may have suckered me in this time but they have lost a customer here I will NEVER order anything from Ashely Furniture store again, I know I am only 1 customer in your big ol bucket of customers so it won't hurt you all that bad, it most likely wont even matter. On a side note tho I'd like to know who is going to pay me for the days/hours that I have had to take off of work just for Ashley furniture to still not have all my furniture delivered and tomorrow will be March 1st, 2022. LAKE CHARLES and surrounding area stay away from Ashely Furniture, especially if you want your furniture anytime in 2022.
