They collect the full balance due fast enough. But over a month later and I still don’t have my furniture. Called for status and they claim the delivery date is “just an estimate” and the furniture is delayed. New ETA is another month, but again, that date can change as they please. They won’t let me cancel the order or refund any of my money. The customer service person hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. Nice. Please shop somewhere else. We bought one piece at Steinhafels first and we got it right away. We should have stuck with Steinhafels.
