I’ve ordered several things from Ashley and the quality of product is usually an issue, not to mention delivery times are a lie. If they say 2 weeks expect 2 months. Today, I have finally learned my lesson. I ordered 2 full mattresses and box springs and one queen. Upon delivery, the queen mattress measured 4 inches shorter than a standard queen and left a huge gap between the mattress and footboard/headboard. The delivery guy was there with me and witnessed the measurements - for reference a standard queen bed is 60x80” but my mattress was measuring at 76.” Upon speaking with “customer support” (what a joke), they informed me that Ashley’s standards are different at 79” … even still it was shorter than Ashley’s definition of a queen size bed, which is hilarious to me that they have redefined the size of a queen size mattress. I refused the delivery and customer support would not help me. They told me there is nothing they can do and referred me back to the store. I have called the store no less than 50 times- no one answers. I have been calling them for a couple of weeks because I also ordered beds that I was told were in stock, and would be delivered on 12/5 but once the order was placed I was told January. Mail if the story, do not order from this store or Ashley- it’s the worst quality and they are nothing but a crooked operation.
