AN ALERT ABOUT ASHLEY FURNITURE: Buying Experience From Hell

my warranty was valid with Lithonia,ga location but my request was denied by guardsmark protection plan. I filed a complaint with ashley corp office and locate office/bbb. we finally agreed on the settlement amount. the old management was fired and new management Derek Mason of Lithonia,ga store location promised to make things right. well, the check came two weeks later very short of the amount. i called management at corp..three supervisor called and process the underpayment refund. well, the second check was just $43.00 i believe the local store in Lithonia, ga and corp office did this to make me upset. i ask for the todd Wanek-CEO contact information..no information was given.......i'm mentally upset and will never again buy from Ashley furniture. this problem has been going on for about 1 year.....i cant reach no general manager or upper management other than supervisors
