Terrible customer service, once they get your money they are done with you. Paid $3000.00 dollars for a bedroom set up front and it has taken numerous phone calls, text, in person visits to get our furniture. It didn't fit together, they ended up replacing the bed completely, one piece at a time and now we have a headboard, footboard, side rails that stay together but the finish doesn't match on any of the pieces. 6 deliveries and 8 months later, what a pile of crap. Very disappointed with our experience at store and with their customer care center. Will never buy there again and don't recommend anyone else doing business there either, drive the 2 and a half hours to somewhere else to shop.
