Ordered a mattress and waited two days for delivery (with delivery date texts). Went to the store, because you can't reach them on the phone, to find out the mattress was discontinued "just after the sale was entered". Even the store manager was unable to contact another store to see if they had inventory for ME to drive to pick up. The salesperson did not respond to text messages and never followed up to see that I received the order. When we finally chose a different mattress, it took over a week to get delivered. Was promised a gift card for the inconvenience and never received. You can't call the store, and chatting online is a waste of time, told me a case would be assigned and they would follow up 48-72 hours and never heard from anyone. Even the managers can not call another store. Will not order from Ashely Furniture ever again.
