Worst company ever. We ordered furniture back in July and have yet to receive even a delivery date! No one at the store EVER answers the phone so you have to physically go into the store to obtain any information about your order. While speaking with the lady in “customer service” I inquired about no one ever answering the phone. She rudely relied “the phones are down, ok?” While I was standing there I called the store from my cell phone and guess what, the phone in the store started ringing. Shop here if you want to throw your money away and never receive what your paid for. If you like being lied to it’s also a great place to go. I wish I read these reviews before my wife and I decided to make a purchase from this place, we never would have set foot in the door. I saw a representative of Ashley commenting on the reviews saying to send them an email and they will get back to you with a update on your order status. I did this and received a email stating they will contact me when there is an update. Guess what? Two weeks go by and NO UPDATE! Surprise surprise. Shop elsewhere.
