I’ve filed a report of the mattress sagging, I’ve emailed, called, sent pictures, spoke with managers, customer care and even had a furniture tech here to verify it was bad… no response back from anyone!
It needs to be returned and no one will help me.
I’m going to file a complaint to the BBB
