Do not shop at Ashley furniture .. I purchased $13,000 worth of furniture from this store and received four broken dressers and a broken power reclining love seat. Their delivery crew hit every wall in my brand new home and even the ceiling with the furniture. After two attempts of trying to fix the love seat they are refusing to give me a refund. The manager is a joke and says that he can't do anything and says the contract says no refunds. How's that possible? the furniture has been broken since day one and is only 3 months old. The store manager is a joke and has no business working in customer service. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Ashley furniture and I encourage you to stay far away from this place. I wish I could give them zero Stars
