Purchased a mattress on Thursday 1/21 and was charged $699, when I looked online same mattress was going for $599. I called back on Monday 1/25/21 to see if I could get a price adjustment and was told by Tony the manager I should of called back on Thursday, even though they offer 30 day price match guarantee. I was told I could bring mattress back and order online for that price. Horrible customer service, I will never, never go back. So much for standing by the 30 day price guarantee. What a joke!!
