Where the building and shopping experience may appear nice, Ashley furniture as a company has no desire to please or fulfill an individual shoppers needs. Once an order has been placed, they won't absolutely follow up on that. They make no promises to deliver the item as ordered or to deliver it on time. I have waited several months (twice) for an order. Return is very problematic. So several thousand dollars may be hung up for months. Poor attitude by the sales person and management (after you've made the purchase) reflects on the companies attitude as a whole.

Won't ever shop there again and wont' recommend to anyone.
