I purchased a mattress for my Mom who lives in assisted living sometime last fall. It has been perfect for her, very comfortable. Michelle F. the Store Manager at the Lake Orion store helped me with my purchase. She was very helpful in assisting me with a selection and especially with the special considerations for my Mom: bed height (not too low, not too high), overall comfort, price, etc. She suggested a mattress that she had picked out for her own mother in law. I also bought a mattress protector, which unfortunately I forgot to take with me when I left the store. Michelle called me, let me know, and even dropped it off for my Mom at her Senior Facility in Rochester Hills! Very happy with the purchase, delivery and set up, and the sales experience with Michelle went above and beyond.
