We contacted Art Van, a man measured, and said it needed to be 1/8 inch worse before they would do anything. For a business to squirm out of satisfying an upset customer in this way, is almost beyond belief. 1/8 inch made the difference of replacing a faulty mattress to satisfy a customer. We haven't and won't shop Art Van again. Terrible customer service attitude!!
