In anticipation of moving to the area, our local friends video-called from the store and even tested out the mattresses so we could see the firmness and 'bounce' factor. We even got to meet and speak directly with Rick who explained everything just as if we were face to face in the store. The remote payment process was straightforward and simple. Can't say I've ever had an easier, less "sales" oriented encounter. Thank you Rick for working with us!
