The only positive was our initial salesperson was helpful in picking out the bed.
No one from "customer service" or "delivery" will return calls. No one will take responsibility and make it right!

wall We ordered a bed from the Pineville store in April and after 40+ phone calls and 4 failed delivery attempts we still have a box springs and mattress on an "loaner frame" and a head and footboard leaning against the wall because there are no rails to put the bed together. We have tried to get this resolved but can't and Alan the Store Manager just told me it is not his problem they "just sell the beds and mattresses" and that I have to talk to Customer Service for any issues with delivery. I explained I have tried 40+ times and it's still not resolved so I need his help since he is the store manager. He then handed the phone to a salesperson and told him to tell me he had a customer just walk I not a customer! We paid the balance weeks ago and still have no bed! Take my advice and do not purchase anything from America's Mattress. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and hopefully they can help us get this resolved.

5th failed delivery,they ordered the wrong frame.... It just never ends! The poor service from this company just continues.
