I want to comment on the customer service I received from Steve when purchasing my mattress from your Orange County Mattress-Katella store.
I was dreading this process, but Steve made my mattress buying experience much easier than I had anticipated. He is kind and knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision for me, without making me feel pressured in any way. I couldn't be happier
