John, manager in the Matthews store, was outstanding. He asked us about orthopedic and allergy issues, and our sleeping positions. He spent a lot of time helping us select just the right bed for our needs. He arranged for delivery, setup, and removing the old mattress, understanding that it was a waterbed. Delivery did not go so well. They arrived early, which was great. However they refused to remove the old mattress and were going to leave the new mattress sitting in the middle of the room, until we had our son and neighbor come help. They got the (emptied) mattress outside, and the delivery men left. They didn't even take the plastic wrapping from the new mattress. We had to pay to have the old mattress picked up by Waste Pro. We notified John, have not heard anything back. It has been 5 weeks.
