Frank was friendly without being a pushy salesman. I told him my requirements for a mattress. He went right to three options, I tried them without rushing. When I explained my previous experiences with mattresses from other retailers, he explained what the problems might have been. I was ready to buy a mattress today, and Frank's knowledge and level of customer service made it happen.
