Pros:

The parking lot was empty. Lots of space to park.

Cons:

The store was also empty, and the doors were locked. I suppose it's really no longer a store.

Heard they were inexpensive, but limited to selling what was on hand. Hard to give them a look when they've left the area with no notice. Perhaps I caught a good break, and didn't get caught in their hasty departure.
