Lemon Product

I bought a Timeless King Mattress on May 5, 2013 from All American Furniture based on the floor model that was soft and supportive at the same time. What I got was totally not what I thought it would be, It feels flat and no support whatsoever, I awake each morning with lower back pain that is terrible. I called and told them something is wrong, they tried to convince me to buy a memory foam topper. I ask them to come get it and refund of exchange it, they refused. Bonnie said she had thirty years experience after I told her I had never had a problem with any mattress I have ever bought. I feel her experience is valid but does not equate to integrity. I was told to return the mattress myself since they refuse to come get it and then file a claim to get my money back and that is what I intend to do. I had intended on buying all my furniture from them, it all seemed so good and they all seemed so sincere. Guess I was fooled. Don't you be...shop at a national place, at least you get a return policy you can trust in the event you get a lemon product.
