Inflator pump worked good first two years and then I have had problems the next four years. Even though you have problems the term "the customer is always right" does not apply. They stand behind their terms of the contract and prorated warranty 100% and if there is a problem plan on paying for a portion of a new pump depending how long you have owned it and shipping on a new one and shipping defective on back. ($49.00 shipping)

It sounds like you did not have to pay for the replacement pump, just shipping charges. Did the shipping charges include a prepaid return label?
