We were investigating a new bed when we saw Air-Pedic on-line. I wish we could remember the woman we purchased thru on-line and on the phone. She was very patient and helpful answering all our questions. We were taking a real risk buying a bed on-line.
So glad we did - simply the best customer service - I remember it as a standout experience even after all these years. We will be buying again soon for our next home.
