About Us
Bedzzz Express opened our doors in 1995 in Birmingham, AL under now Chairman Emeritus Keith Krininger. Over the past 23 years, we have grown to 50 stores spanning five states and are now under ownership of Clark Cooper, President and CEO. Our slogan, "Where Dreams Begin" is carried by all team members with the goal of providing sleep solutions to consumers. Each team member is experienced and knowledgeable about identifying sleep habits and guiding families and individuals through selecting the perfect mattress for their lifestyle.
We pride ourselves on offering the best mattresses at the best prices. Our inventory includes top brands such as Serta, i-Comfort, Beautyrest, Sealy, Optimum, Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, and Bedzzz by Orderest. We also make shopping for the perfect bed easy with our exclusive Easy As 1-2-3 plan which is the best return policy in the industry.

- Set-up: Set-up provided free with qualifying purchase of $799 or more
- Removal: Removal of old mattress provided free with qualifying purchase of $799 or more
- Timing: We typically deliver 1-2 days after purchase as we keep most products in stock. If an item is not in stock it usually can be received and then delivered within 10 days but rare circumstances with backordered items can occur. We do not guarantee specific delivery times but we strive to give you a 2 hour window (in most cases) and stick to that window.
- Return Policy:

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee available for select purchases for up to 1095 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Fees: $139 fee (for pick up and return of the original mattress).
- Notes: Mattress only price of $999+ to qualify. Must purchase a mattress protector from Bedzzz Express at time of original purchase. Must sleep on mattress for at least 30 days. Credit amount depends on time owned.
- Lowest price guarantee

- Policy: Store will beat any comparable advertised price for the same mattress for 365 days after purchase. Original price will be reduced by 115% of the difference in prices.
- Notes: We will beat any local stocking dealer’s advertised price. Excludes auction sites (e.g., eBay, Craigslist, LetGo, etc.). Does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, or discontinued merchandise.
