- Want a mattress with a medium amount of softness
- Are either a back or side sleeper
- Regularly sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is excellent)
- Are easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is excellent)
- Prefer a below average amount of 'memory feel'
- Enjoy sleeping just a bit more 'in' your mattress than 'on' it
- Want it be very easy to move around and change positions during the night
- Prefer products that have been more extensively tested by GoodBed
NOT IDEAL if you
- Weigh 225 lb or more, especially if you sleep on your stomach
- Don't like any bounce in your mattress
- May use this mattress on an adjustable base (adjustable base compatibility isn't the best, but is still pretty good)

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Winkbed Luxury Firm to have pretty good adjustable base compatibility.

TENCEL COVER
Our cover is made with TENCEL, a botanical-based fabric softer than silk, cooler than linen and more absorbent than cotton. It naturally wicks moisture it to the outside. TENCEL is extremely eco-friendly and sustainable, and is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, meaning the plant pulp used in production comes from only responsibly managed forests.
EURO-PILLOW TOP WITH GEL INFUSED FOAM
Our pressure-relieving quilted Euro-pillowtop ensures your back, hips and shoulders receive superior cushioning and support — and eases muscle tension.
INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED POCKET SPRINGS
Multiple support zones provide targeted back support that push back in areas with greater pressure, while plying in areas with lighter pressure.
EXTRA-EDGE SUPPORT SYSTEM
The edges of our mattress are built with stronger coils. This reinforced perimeter allows you to sleep all the way to the edge of the bed without any sagging or feeling like you may roll off.

When additional softness levels were first added, the original model was renamed the WinkBed Medium, and this name was eventually changed to WinkBed Luxury Firm.
