BEST if you
- Want a medium-firm mattress (i.e., just a little firmer than average)
- Are either a back or side sleeper
- Prefer a mattress with lots of 'memory feel'
- Are easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is excellent)

- Enjoy sleeping just a bit more 'in' your mattress than 'on' it

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium to have very good adjustable base compatibility.
