GoodBed Expert Review
Our Take on TEMPUR-Flex Aspen (2015)

Founder of GoodBed, Leading Mattress Expert
- Want a soft mattress
- Are mainly a side sleeper
- Can sometimes be disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is very good)
- Would like a mattress that performs very well when used with an adjustable base
- Enjoy sleeping just a bit more 'in' your mattress than 'on' it
- Prefer a slightly below average amount of 'memory feel'
- Are a stomach sleeper, especially if you weigh more than 250 lb
- Have a strong tendency to sleep hot (temperature regulation is pretty good, but not the best)
- Frequently sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support isn't the best, but is still pretty good)
- Don't like any bounce in your mattress
- Want a natural or organic mattress (though this mattress is still OK in terms of avoiding harmful chemicals)

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Flex Aspen to have very good adjustable base compatibility.
