BEST if you
- Want a medium-soft mattress (i.e., just a little softer than average)
- Are either a side or back sleeper
- Prefer a mattress with lots of 'memory feel'
- Are easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is excellent)
- Need the flexibility to adjust the comfort level of your mattress from time to time
- Sleep with a partner who requires a different comfort level on their side of the bed
- Enjoy sleeping just a bit more 'in' your mattress than 'on' it
NOT IDEAL if you
- Are a stomach sleeper, especially if you weigh more than 250 lb
- Often sleep close to the edge of your bed (edge support is just OK)
- Like a fair bit of bounce in your mattress
- Have a natural tendency to sleep hot
- Tend to have difficulty changing positions during the night
- Would be upset by any possibility of your mattress making sound (eg, squeaky springs)
