- Want a medium-firm mattress (i.e., just a little firmer than average)
- Are either a back or side sleeper, especially if you weigh 200 lb or less
- Can sometimes be disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is very good)

- Enjoy being hugged or cradled by your mattress

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the TEMPUR-Adapt Medium to have very good adjustable base compatibility.
