    Snoozing better than others

    The other reviewers must have pre-existing medical conditions or they’re just full of BS. I sleep most excellently and wanted a firm yet supple mattress. This fit the bill perfectly for someone in good shape.

    Disappointed

    So excited. My third serta and finally king size. But it has not held up well at all and was expensive also. Very disappointed

    Middle bunched up

    On recommendation from our salesperson we used this with an adjustable frame. In less than a year the mattress bunched up lengthwise! Not in the middle as I would have thought with an adjustable base. Became very uncomfortable. We bought 2 extra long twins to make a king size bed. Both mattresses were flawed.

    Matrress Cause Night Sweats

    Do not get this mattress if you get hot during the night. Ever since I got this mattress I wake up sweaty in the middle of the night from sweating. Even if the room I'm in is cold, I wake up sweaty and even more cold due to this matress.

    WAste of Money

    I thought this bed was extremely comfortable when I purchased it for a relative. They slept on it for a year then I took it and after several months I developed severe back pain which lasted for months until I moved to another home with a better mattress. When I returned to the home with the Dover Walk mattress my back pain came back and got worse. Bottom line -- You get what you pay for -- this wasn't an expensive mattress and I would tell anyone who asked not to waste their money. I have had other people try to sleep on it and they said it was the worst mattress they had ever been on, I am buying a new mattress and will never purchase Serta again.

    Miserable night sleep

    Bed offers no support. Numbness in back, neck arms every night!. Serta doesn't stand behind their product. Macy's offers no assistance.

    This doesn’t feel like the mattress in the showroom. I tried it out twice in the showroom for about 20 minutes each time. This is firmer and a bit lumpy. Not that comfortable. Sometimes my hips hurt when I wake up in the morning. My other bed is a Serta that’s 8/9 years old and it’s way more comfortable than this one.
