warrenty useless

We were sent the Serta Perfect Sleeper Trelleburg mattress as a second replacement under warrenty. Original mattress was purchased in Winter 2014. Each of the 2 warrenty replacement mattresses including the Trelleburg have failed in the same way. The side support of the mattress is GONE! If you sleep too close to the edge of the bed you will run the risk of falling off onto the floor. We are seniors. We are tall thin people. There is no way that sitting on the edge of this mattress given our weight could have compromised the side support. DO NOT BUY SERTA.

Horrible Mattress

We had high hopes for this bed but the pillow top buckled and shifted and leaves indententations where we sleep. Not even a year old, worst mattress we have ever slept on.

Great mattress for the price

This mattress has been very comfortable. Has helped a little with back pain. Would definitely buy this type again. Everyone who has used our bed says it's very comfortable.

Initially it was good

Initially, this mattress was very comfortable. First few months, to maybe a year, it was great. Then it started sagging where we lay. We got a foam topper to try and help with the comfort and it helped for a while. We’ve had this mattress for almost exactly 4 years and my husband will no longer sleep on it due to back pain it causes. My back and hip pain are worse after sleeping in it, too. There is obvious sagging of this mattress when you look at it. A great disappointment.

Best Matress Ever if you have Back Pain

I have never slept better and I have tried many mattresses from the sleep number to the Tempur-pedic and Bath far this was the best $999 I ever spent for this full size mattress and box springs from Macy’s (Peachwood)

Lost it shap, support.

The fabrics held up ok. The mattress support systems Failed big time. The mattress is sagging on both sides And humped up in middle. Never had a mattress do this before. My wife and I are normal weight people. Would not recommend this mattress to anyone

Absolutely terrible mattress DO NOT BUY

Awful mattress. Both my husband and I have terrible back pain from this and we’ve had it not even four years. It’s lumpy and bumpy, forget about getting comfortable because there’s no way to sleep that doesn’t hurt. I’m 30! This shouldn’t be an issue. And it’s gotten so bad we just bought a new mattress. Would rather spend the extra money than deal w this. Will never buy a cheaper mattress again. Terrible.

Do not buy this mattress

Caved in and the manufacturer sent someone out to check it. They actually fluffed up the mattress and bounced it up and down to get it to be more full before they measured it. It have caved in 3/4 inches lowerer than the rest of the mattress after the fluffing and they said it was not defective. I fall into a hole every night and can't sleep. Never had back problems and now I do. Last mattress we had for over 10 years. No problems just wanted to from queen to king. :-( Bought it at Macy's. Don't recommend them either.

Totally awesome.. Where can i purchase another?

over exceeded my expectations..was shopping for an inexpensive mattress for guest room..They all want to take it home with them when they leave..This mattress is far superior to the $2,000. Mattress on my own bed.. Many a night I sleep in the guest room just to get a good nights sleep..Does Serta still sell this mattress? I need one more badly or direct all the people that wanted to take mine,,Lol

Comfortable
