I had the same brand mattress before this & it was great gre

I think that the manufacturing went south. I think the mattress broke down too fast. I sleep on it alone. I don’t weigh anything but 110 pounds and I cannot believe that this mattress really is so bad. I’m buying a new one already and I’m not gonna buy this brand again and I’m never gonna tell anyone to buy it like I used to. I think it’s pathetic and I didn’t call the manufacturer cause what would I get another piece of crap done

I am extremely disappointed in the denied claim results. And the thought that I intentionally paid $79.99 for a professional rep’ to come into my home to get accurate measurements needed regarding my claim, just adds fuel to the fire. The fact that the representative measured a “3 inch slump” in my Serta Mattress, (which was purchased less than two years ago from Mattress Firm) somehow became irrelevant, and more focus was placed on my box-spring. My box-spring is made of solid wood planks with a fabric covering. And since my claim was denied, this leads me to assume that there was no consideration that the “almost 1-inch give-way measurement” of the fabric that covers my box-spring, could have been caused by the slump in the default of the Serta Mattress; Something that is definitely worth pondering! I have been using and know have to continue using a folded blanket and heavy throw in the slump of my Serta Mattress to support my back, shoulders and neck. Very Disappointed with this outcome.

Meadowfield is still holding up.

My experience with this mattress has been satisfactory, for the eleven years we have owned it. What we did do was put a 3 inch foam topper on it when purchased. Not only does the mattress still look new, it's form has held up longer, using the foam topper. We also rotate the mattress every 4 months, which has also added to it's longevity. Yes, I would purchase again if a new mattress was needed ... but it's discontinued.

I have a total of three Queens and one twin of this matress.

Every person who comes to visit and sleeps on this mattress say it’s the best mattress and sleep they’ve ever had.

Another sleepless night

We've had this for four years. Two years in I knew it was not worth the paper I paid for it. The layers shifted so that the vertical sides at head and foot are slanted in opposite directions. Any support it once provided is gone. I never had hip pain before this, and my husband has sciatic pain that just won't quit. Here I go again, on the depressing search for something that will last more than - 2 years? Does anything like that even exist any more? Previous mattress was also a Serta, from Costco 20 years ago, and was great. We switched from queen to cal king. Too bad, so sad!

Brick hard despite being rated a "Plush" mattress.

I normally prefer hard mattresses. This is like sleeping on a brick despite a topper. I think Serta is having quality issues since my friend has the very same mattress in a queen and it's perfect to sleep on. Mine is a Cal King and as I stated above, it's like a brick. My friend tried sleeping on it when visiting and could not believe it was the same mattress. I tried to exchange the mattress but it turned into a nightmare and did not. I'm now looking locally to get a new one even though this one is about 18 months old. Worst money I ever spent. Avoid it!

Pillow top showing indentations in first 3 weeks

I am a 110 lb female sleeping alone on this mattress. Within three weeks the pillow top started to retain indentations where my butt rests. After less than 2 months I can no longer sleep comfortably on this mattress. My hips rest on what feels like a hard surface below the pillow top and I wake with pain in both hips from trying to find a comfortable position. It is also aggravating my sciatica. I bought it from a store with a 100 night exchange policy. It is going back as soon as I find a replacement.
